  Dear Mr Chana
  Thank you so much for replacing my knee at the chiltern hospital 6weeks ago.
  I am delighted with it. The care you have taken with your valuable team of doctors
  and nurses to achieve this..well ...it was just amazing.
  I was so impressed with your friendly and reassuring way with me. I felt confident
  with your instructions and now am able to carry on with my life and look forward to
  a holiday in the sun after christmas.
  If only we could have this service right the way through the national health system
  our lives would be so much better. It isnt the dedicated staff and wonderful team of
  doctors and consultants who spend years training but the dreadful chaos that seems
  to be so obvious to all of us ..perhaps dedicated teams like yours should be an example. kind regards.
