  I recently had a total knee replacement performed by Dr. Chana and now have complete confidence in him.. I had not met him prior to my operation but the Nurses at Ashford Hospital assured me he was an excellent surgeon which was good enough for me. After the operation, he was kind enough to confirm the operation went well and re-iterate that home exercises are the way forward for complete recovery. I have now had my 6 week check up and I am amazed at my progress. Yes there was pain, and sometimes it is hard to keep going, but the results are great. The wound heals well, considering the trauma it goes through and absolutely everything went according to the time schedules given in the literature you are given. Dr. Chana himself is charming, always courteous and explains things in a way that is easily understood. Its such a shame that people only told me disastrous stories so I highly recommend Dr. Chana and his team... from Pre-Op to Physio. I am very grateful, thank you.
