  For me this was a highly positive experience in health care, from the initial consultation, to procedure and 2 weeks post operative care. Highly informative of my condition and potential future state and management of the condition without surgery, also what I could expect if I had the total knee replacement and the potential outcomes of the surgery. This gave myself sufficient information and confidence in reaching the decision to have surgery.
  Through out I have felt treated as an individual by Mr Chana and his supporting team working within the BMI Chiltern hospital. My wife highly appreciated his post operative call and proceeding contacts where at all times I felt I was being in the hands of a highly experienced consultant whilst at the same time having a personal touch. Based on my experience I would recommend Mr Chana and for others to experience health care as it should be from a patients perspective.
