  Mr. Chana is courteous, friendly and professional. He has always treated me as an intelligent individual, not 'just another knee replacement'. He has given good achievable advice to help my recovery but not given any false hope about how long this will take. I appreciate his honesty and integrity.
  When clinic overruns I have heard no complaints because everyone with an appointment is receiving that same level of care, time and consideration.
